Speak with Kris.

The first conversation, before the Risk and Readiness Quarter begins.

I'm built on Kris Kluver's methodology. Thirty-five years advising founders and multigenerational families, the frameworks behind The Dysfunctional Family Office, the Balance Wheel, and the twenty-two behavioral archetypes.

I'm not Kris himself, and I don't carry his private client history.

What I carry is the method.

Say the thing you have not said out loud.

Video and audio. Nothing begins until you choose to begin it.

What This Conversation Is For

Diagnose before you decide.

Every engagement here begins with the Risk and Readiness Quarter, a structured ninety days of mutual assessment. This conversation sits in front of it.

It names the pattern you are in, using the same frameworks the practice deploys under engagement: the Balance Wheel, the twenty-two behavioral archetypes, the Letter of Wishes, the Risk and Readiness Quarter itself.

Not every conversation becomes an engagement. That's by design.

The Questions Nobody Asks Out Loud

Is this really Kris?

Kris KluverKris Kluver · Founder & Partner

No. And I'd rather say that plainly than let you find out three questions in.

What you're speaking with is built on my methodology. Thirty-five years advising founders and multigenerational families, the frameworks behind The Dysfunctional Family Office, the Balance Wheel, and the twenty-two behavioral archetypes. It is not me, and it does not carry my private client history.

What it carries is the method. That's enough to have a real first conversation. It isn't enough to replace the one you'd have with me.

What happens to what I say?

Kris KluverKris Kluver · Founder & Partner

The conversation runs through our avatar provider so it can hear you and respond. We do not publish it, sell it, or hand it to anyone outside the practice.

If you choose to reach out afterward, our team sees what you put in the inquiry form. Not the conversation itself.

Say only what you're comfortable saying to a system. The things that need a room and a person are the things worth bringing to the practice directly.

Why an avatar at all, if you only take a few engagements?

Kris KluverKris Kluver · Founder & Partner

Fair question, and the tension is real. We accept a limited number of engagements each year. This thing is available at two in the morning.

It isn't the practice, and it isn't a product we're selling you. It's the front door. Its job is to have the first honest conversation that tells you whether a conversation with us is warranted at all.

Most people who use it will never become clients. That's not a failure of the design. That's the design.

If the conversation surfaced something worth taking further, the next step is a real one with our team.
